Village schools fight (thisissouthwales.co.uk)

Parents from across Carmarthenshire have joined forces in a bid to pole-axe the council's education plan that will close up to 30 primary schools.

Over 70 people attended a meeting at the Stag & Pheasant in Carmel this week to set up a forum, which is yet to be named.
